Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?


1. Any Divas SnowGear product may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund if purchased directly from Divas SnowGear. All returns MUST have original tags, attached, unworn, and in re-saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice/receipt and the completed return form printable below.  Must have Adobe Reader to print and view the form.  If you don't have it, you can download here:

2. A restocking fee will be charged for products returned for refund (10% of product purchase price).

3. Products returned for exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. There will be no credit given for shipping and handling charges.

4. If product was purchased elsewhere it should be returned to that dealer, unless there is a warranty or manufacturing issue. Divas SnowGear will not process refunds for retail customers for items purchased elsewhere.

5. We recommend sending your return via US Postal Service Insured Priority mail or UPS as we are NOT responsible for lost packages.
